In early 2016, people living with HIV (PLWH) organized with allies and researchers to communicate a life-changing but widely unknown and radical fact: a person living with HIV who has an undetectable viral load cannot transmit HIV to sexual partners. In other words, Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U). In this webinar, you’ll hear the insights from PAC’s U.S. partnerships & community engagement manager — Deondre Moore, and gain tools and strategies to communicate this life-changing, stigma-busting, adherence-promoting message in meaningful and culturally competent ways. You’ll also learn meaningful strategies to address and communicate the messaging to marginalized communities that have faced various barriers which have made it difficult for persons to reach undetectable viral loads.
